So recently I ran into a pedophile grooming a teenage boy on xbox, I made complaints and filed reports with the authorities and with microsoft. Now in retaliation the pedophile and her friends are harassing me non stop, messaging me from brand new accounts,
reporting me en masse (they have dropped my reputation) I have changed my gamertag, i have reported and blocked them and i have contacted microsoft MULTIPLE times. Microsoft is doing nothing to aid me and I honestly don't know what else to do. I've even filed
reports with the FBI's Cyber Crime division. Why does microsoft not take cyber security more important? Why is microsoft taking no action against a pedophile and allowing this kind of harassment to take place. It's literally been 2 weeks. I will be contacting
my lawyers

But you must be aware that it takes some time to review the huge amount of daily report the XBLPET team must check.

You did everything you can do to correctly report these guys, now unfortunately you have to wait.

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. I'm sorry to hear what terrible situation you are in. I can assure you that MS takes these things very serious and are doing a great effort to keep the live community clean and safe, but have to operate within the
law and can only do so much. If it's a law enforcement issue, the police and FBI do know how to work together with MS to get the needed information.

Keep reporting and blocking toxic player and stay safe.

Thats all well and good, but in the mean time I am enduring some pretty explicit abuse. They message me daily throwing it in my face that they have reported me enough to drop my reputation to "Needs work". On top of the reports i have filed, i have also
sent in over 30 screen shots of messages from these people. I have provided so much evidence and i just find it hard to believe that xbox has a "0 Tolerance policy" for stuff like this when even with all my proof, they are still online daily. Meanwhile I say
"[Mod Removed]" literally the letters, to a griefer who is intentionally trolling and im IMMEDIATELY slapped with a 30 day comms ban, Or when i told a guy in Fallout76 i was going to "Nuke his base" after he nuked mine and I was given a 30
day console ban for "making threats" but sure, launch an investigation and let the pedophiles run free.
