I am Legend

Just achieved the "Battling 500" Achievement for 500 bounties giving me the full 1000/1000 in this game.

A little longer to get than the "Reach Level 70 in Hardcore" (in "Diablo" Hardcore Characters stay dead if they die. No reloading a checkpoint. You can't even quit to dashboard) but slightly less nerve wracking.

Great game and one that I'll still be playing for as long as I own the box.

there is 4 game modes in world of chel, pro-am ONES, threes, and EASHL so ONES is next to pro-am that you played

the pro-am against the legends helped me rank up quicker and unlock hockey bags

 

Becoming a legend..

I'm not become a legend yet, only rank 50. What happens if I waiting to passing into Legend, until i have 1,700,000 XP.

Do i become 1st legend or am i jumping directly up to 5th legend? Has anyone tried it?

Congrats! I'm working towards this too. Got about 200 done atm. Did you just keep doing all the bounties or were there ones that you thought went faster?

 

The 500 bounties one took me the longest.

Just don't do what I did on Hardcore.Got a bit cocky,raised the difficulty & got killed to death at level 68.

I was not happy lol

Hey Lightning

Did my bounties in groups of 5 to get the bonus from Tyrael. There is also always 1 level that offers a bonus cache on top of the Horadric Cache reward. It's highlighted on the World Map.

Bounties don't take too long to complete if you head straight for the objective. Save exploring every nook and cranny for Story Mode.

Doing bounties across the multiple levels is about equal time wise but "Westmarch" (Chapter V) seems to take longer because they make you run around a lot more.

Badger, my Hardcore Barbarian had defeated Diablo and Malthiel. I played on "Expert" because anything lower than that seemed too easy. He got to level 64 when I decided I was bored of doing bounties with him and went into the Nepahlim Rifts on Hardcore
instead. Lept like a cocky git into a swarm of enemies thinking I'd chop them like a blender only to realise I'd leapt into a swarm of Elites.

Had no one to blame but myself for that avoidable death.

My Monk was snuffed out by a Fallen Lunatic. Never saw that one coming. "Boom". Dead.

3rd time was a charm with my Mage. Kept the difficulty at "Expert" but just played very carefully until level 70 Hardcore status was achieved.

Great game. Awesome support from the Publisher who have regularly released patches, updates, content, legendary armour and weapon sets and even new areas for no extra charge.

 

Yep,Mage/Wizzard for me on Hardcore as well.Good ranged character with some nice defensive abilities.

 

I think I just get bored of Diablo mad quick. I only have like 70 hours on this and and even less on the 360 version but this game is boring as hell solo(no pun intended). Coop is the way to go. One day I'm just gonna grind them out like crazy with my gf
who never wants to play Diablo anymore lol. She's all about that GTA life now, a game I won't play cus it puts me to sleep haha. I had a demon hunter for my hardcore playthrough. It can get *** real quick but thankfully that's been my only hardcore character!
Once I get 500 bounties done, I'm breaking the game in half. To keep in tradition with beaten games I.E: Destiny, Mortal Kombat, etc.

If "Diablo" is getting boring it maybe the case that you need to up the difficulty.

The game sort of hamstrings itself with this because it only lets you go up or down a single level.

To get round this start your game, raise the difficulty once. Exit the game. Start it again, raise the difficulty again... and rinse and repeat until you're as high as you like.

As your characters get stronger staying on the basic difficulty will get boring because you have no challenges and the gear you get is meaningless.

My Bounties character was running solo at Torment V.

 

Or maybe I don't find DIABLO as fascinating as you do. Could be...what u think???

 

^^ He was talking to me, m8. Anyway, I can do Torment X no problem but I just find it boring SOLO. Keyword. This game shines for me when coop or maybe I just prefer the coop/MP experience in general. My fave character has to be my wizard doe. She's bae.

Decent game but I got bored of it as well. It's extremely repetitive but I guess you can say that about all games.
