Just been looking in the game settings.

There is actually an option to turn off the icons on the HUD.

This should get rid of the annoying pill icon.

The setting says 'Show Active Effects on HUD'

You can set it to 'All', 'Detrimental' or 'Disabled'

I'm assuming detrimental will only show the red icons. So if molerat icon is green you could try that setting.

But if detrimental doesn't work just put it on disabled.

Your radar does not have icons for what you need so you are doing it right. Some locations are easier to 100% then others. I tend to get what I can and then come back later, sometimes that works. If you get really stuck, just google the location name
and theres usually a youtube walkthrough you can try and follow.

Sometimes I find that in the Audio menu the slider is all the way to the controller icon, which means you only hear game. Totally thought my headset was bust but then realised it was just that the slider had to put up towards the
icon of the person. Just thought it might be a thought incase!

It is all the way to the person icon.

I have a solution, it is the only way I believe. I was haveing the the same problem, until I remembered that there is a xbox app called "xbox smart glass" on the App Store for iPhone and android, on the app you can edit your bio,location ,name. At the bottom
of the screen you will see two icons one on the right has a shirt in the circle when clicking on that icon , it will direct you to another page where you will be allow to edit your avatar ,to the left of that icon is a pencil and board in the circle when
clicking on that icon you will be lead to another page that will allow you to edit your,motto,name,location,bio,etc
