No, I just fired up fallout and went to continue the game and it just said the save file was missing content from the vault technology dlc. I was playing it last night aswell, getting ready to start the vault tec missions, dissapoint ed to find this happened.

Fallout 4 is not the fast paced game that the shooter games are. It does take some time to get out of the vault. Just be sure to explore the whole vault as you will find some useful things during the exploration. I can't offer a lot of help since I just
started playing it last night but to be honest I was ready for something a little slower paced.

Yes, the console interface is different since the upgrade to the Windows 10 interface but once you get used to it it is not bad.

fallout 1 the vault dweller goes to another vault to get a water chip for his vault and gets one, through the whole game he helps the followers brotherhood and gets the ncr started with tandi, he kills the master and blows up the mutant base lab and is the
wasteland hero. he goes back to the vault but the overserer does not let him back in becaose then everyone will want to leave and he cannot comprimise the vault. in rage he shoots the overserer nd wanderes into the waste ending up in arooyo a small town to
live out the rest of his days. in fallout 2 u are a decendent from him so he did have kids. in fallout 2 u start in that town.

The Skeleton Key doesn't count. I'm starting to wonder if this achievement was glitched with Dawnguard because more and more people seem to be unable to get this in recent weeks. I have tired to help 2 other people with the exact same issue and neither of
them was able to get it either. I'll look around and see if I can find any more info on it, but from the list you posted you should have it.
