i am in verification lock and the phone number on file is not correct

also things of note : I know the current password , I have bank statements with the time and dates of most recent subscription payments , the account has an old hotmail account that doesnt exist as the name , I know and have access to a diff email address that is associated with the account . This is an ongoing (3weeks) problem that the call center representatives all say they dont have access to fix. I have severe epilepsy and have had 100s of concussions in the past 20 years so my memory is very bad because of that medical issue . PLEASE HELP ME

Get a message from Microsoft to tell me they have found unusual activity on my account. I go to login into my account to fix my information. I login with the correct password. They ask for verification via phone number. The phone number I have on file no longer exist so I use the verification form. Fill out the form and says cannot confirm. Rinse and repeat.

im not sure what you mean. i cant login in to add another phone number and the only verification source attached to the account in question is an email. i dont get an option to add a phone number or use a phone number to get my verification code.
