Okay we are not getting XBL for the second time this year, now for paying customers this is unspeakable, Microsoft as you have yet to release a statement explaining what is wrong and a time frame to when it will be back on and no hourly updates just burns
me to the core. But what is making me so mad is the fact I can not play a single game on my 360 it takes me from whatever I am doing with the error message saying your sign in status has changed you will return to the title screen. Microsoft I have been a
loyal fan since the first Xbox but this bull crap is pushing me to the edge FIX IT NOW! I can not play any game on my 360 not even disc copy's will work I have paid you well in excess of a couple of thousands of pounds for you to treat not only me but a whole
community of players like an free ATM machine. You have no right to do this. Compensation is needed here for how many people have premium on world of tanks, vital hours in which they are literally throwing money into the bin, where is their compensation for
this you could even got someone at your company to make a video available on the website explaining how sorry you and how you are dealing with the problem as fast as you can. But no there is only a simple paragraph, i think you have lost all the respect of
your customers at this point! rant over!

Microsoft are under no obligation to give you anything when xbox live goes down,you agreed to this when you agreed to the ToU.

The total downtime would amount to about 5 pence anyway.

Sounds like an issue at your end then.Xbox live on the 360 is up & running.Was on it myself earlier with no issues.

 

Ah the old "It's not happening to me so it can't be happening to anyone else" response.

I had problems signing in to Live on the One yesterday. Is that at my end because there were no service alerts? Possible but odd how my PC, 360, and PS4 could all connect online without issue.

 

This thread is about the issues with live on the 360 during the week,not the xbox one.

Do feel free to point out where I said if it's working for me it must be working for everyone else.

I said "it sounds like a problem at the users end", I didn't say "it must be"

 

Missing off "Xbox live on the 360 is up & running" there aren't you, which provides the context for my point.

Just because it was working for you does not mean it is working for everyone.
