I am in serious trouble

I bought a second hand xbox one with digitally downloaded games and the seller has now changed the password for the account. I think he is a fraud and sells many consoles like this. Any kind of help is appreciated.

If you are serious about your troubles, i seriously hope it resolves itself somehow. No lie, wasting 500$ does suck. If you are being serious try writing your posts a little more diplomatically.

 

He owns the account so it's totally up to him if he wants to change the password. Accounts are not transferrable. If he sold you the console and stated you would be buying the account/ges as well then that is a violation of the terms of service. You would
have to take that up with him or the place you purchased it from. You can file a complaint on him via the console, but unless he's done something through the Live service to violate the code of conduct/terms of use, the enforcement team can't do anything.
