It's unlikely that your account still exists. Microsoft accounts that have not been logged in within a 2-year period are considered inactive and can be closed.

Thats assuming the account still even exists. Try not to post personal info such as emails here. This is a mostly community ran forum so almost anyone you talk to here such as bowski477 or myself wont be someone who works for Microsoft. It would simply be a fellow gamer like you.

i have the same exact problem......I am now 22 years old, don't even remember having a parents account on here as well as on, and the email is no longer in use so I can't retrieve the lost password.....Whenever I try to accept the terms of use through your
website, it automatically logs me out and nothing happens.
