I have the map pack in memory. I do not know if our family pack has anything to do with it. We have 3 consoles. My one son bought the season pass and said he copied it to the console that I play on. When the maps did not show up on my console I puchased
the map packs for 800 points and downloaded it. My other son plays on both my console and on the one my other son plays on also. He also purchased the map packs for 800 points on his account and has the same problem I have. My husband has the third console
and the season pass was not copied onto his console. He purchased the map pack for 800 points and it is working fine. After I called support and going through all the steps the map pack showed up last night. But now my son that is having the same problem
signed on to my console with his memory stick and now I do not have the map packs. We have spent quite a bit of money for all of these downloads and am pretty disappointed that I can't use all that I have purchased.

The region my old account was set to was the Netherlands. The problem is not that the map packs are in Spanish, the problem is that the option to download them (in Spanish) has disappeared! The English and Spanish versions of the map packs are not the same,
and with the Spanish options gone, it means I would have to buy the three map packs again in English, while I have already purchased them in Spanish.

And I didn't mean to transfer it to another account, I've recovered my old account and just want to download the stuff I bought on it to my Xbox.

My old account (on which I bought the map packs) is now a Silver account, and I am unable to view the (Spanish) map packs I purchased on there in the Market place. However, my new account, currently a Gold account, can view the (Spanish) map packs in the
market place. So I'm thinking I might not be able to see the map packs on my old account because it isn't Gold?

Hi! The issue i'm having is in regard to MW3, not MW2. The content I am trying to download is free to download. It is the Terminal and Erosion map pack for MW3. These map packs are required to play online, so everyone must download them. I have cleared
my local 360 storage, I have completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled and I am still having this issue.
