My xbox one froze on me around 5 in the morning in a middle of a HALO swat match. What ever right, i could neflix off my tablet.

I was logged in as , one of the few accounts on our xbox.

My boy friend is able to sign into his account no problem and his best friends account is also accessible no problem but when i try to sign into MY ACCOUNT it is giving me issues about 24 hours later.

it keeps saying OH THERE SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE PLEASE TRY AGAIN and that isn't very useful especially since the xbox has been off for a about 12 hours and my boy friend is able to sign into his account and I still can't sign into mine.

I tried to use your xbox error put your code in box but NOTHING comes up. so.WHATS IS GOING ON GUYS?

Have problems logging on to my game cause of the new update dashboard can't play multiplayer games cause it say I'm offline when I already a xbix gold member

Correct, I could not log into my original account, and an option to create a new account with my original email address was made, that is why I believe that my Xbox account was deleted. Yes, I also know the full email address of the different account.

When was the last time you were able to access your account? If it was just recently, there's no way your account was deleted or closed because it will take 60 days to close an account. Since it asked you to create a new account with your original email address, that only means that your email address was removed from your original account and was replaced with a different one by someone.

To start the recovery, you should know the current email address attached to your main account. You will need it in filling out the recovery tools online such as https://account.live.com/pw and https://account.live.com/acsr.

I am afraid that you cannot request a refund if you don't have full access to the account.
