I am having trouble buying Call Of Duty : Blacks Ops 1 on my Xbox One

Hello,

This is originally an Xbox 360 game that is supposed to be playable on Xbox One.

When I try and buy this game it states "You have no valid payment options on file" even though my account does have a valid debit card tied to it with which I have made purchases before.

If I try and click on "Change payment options" on the game purchase page, it forces me to have the UK listed as the country associated with the payment option I try to add even though I live in the US.

Any ideas on what could be the problem?

When you say "payment card" do you mean debit / credit card. I already have a debit card tied to my account. I purchased far cry 5 with it a few weeks ago on the Xbox One marketplace (not Xbox 360 since it isn't an Xbox 360 game).

I have also noticed that my issue applies to any game I try to buy on the Xbox 360 marketplace.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately this issue is occurring when I try to buy the game on marketplace.xbox.com so not just my Xbox. This should not be a hardware issue. As you can see in the screenshot the price displayed is in British pound and I live
in the US.

My account already has a valid payment option so I'm not quite sure why it isn't displayed here. When opting to "Change Payment Options" it forces my billing address to be located in the UK which is incorrect.

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Make sure that these packs are installed:

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4
