I am having some trouble downloading games on my account.

Having issues with downloading games. It is very frustrating. I hav done a internet speed test and testing xbox live connection test and it says everything is fine.I have tried deleteing the game(download progress) deleting profile(only profile) and redownloading
it, Clearing content cache and tried redownloading said game. Usually I get the "Cannot Download" message and I'll have to keep trying to download it for a couple of minutes and it will start.

The main game I have a problem with is The Witcher 2. I have tried to download it since it went free and no luck. I have started receiving this problem since about a month or two ago when xbox one users had trouble downloading their content. I am on a
xbox 360 and am affectd by that problem still. I had to click download again a crap-ton of times to get Resident evil remaster to download yesterday

I would try xbox support(live chat) but last time I had tried asking them, they tried to tell me it was my internet, which is a typical move by big gaming companies.

I have been able to download anything without problems since I got my xbox 360 in 07 and to get problems now is annoying. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Region issues

I bought my xbox on France a brought it to Brazil and I'm having some trouble downloading some games on demand (like FIFA15). I've tried changing my account's region but it didn't work, what shoul I do?

Ps: I'm using a brazilian live account

Hey there Kaiken! I understand you are having some trouble signing in to your profile. Does this happen for every profile on your console or just yours? Have you tried downloading and signing in on another console, and do you see the same issue there?

Also, is this account a child account? Is the parent account on the same console, and is it having any trouble downloading or signing in on the console as well? Let me know, thanks!

P.s Dlc works fine it is just games that have the issue. I got Witcher 2 up to 50% then it started saying cannot download again. >.<

This does seem like an issue. Try going through some troubleshooting and read some articles on the Xbox website to see if you can try fixing the problem. If these solutions don't work for you, try contacting Xbox support or chat with an Xbox Community Ambassador.
