    i am having problems with the network connection on my xbox one. i wanted to chat with the support but the popup window does not work. i am not looking for random people to fix my problem as this is a microsoft issue and they should fix their own product.
    if you work for microsoft, email me so we can have a conversation to fix my problem.

    p.s. no im not going to use twitter, i don't see why you have a twitter contact button but not an email button. oh wait, im asking the people who forced windows 10 on people.

    Having a heck of a time with my xbox one also, getting all these network problems. Just started a factory reset. Wish me luck!!!!!

    Update on xbox one has stopped xbox going online!

    I am having the same problem, I am usually connected by WiFi with my Xbox one and now it can't connect to Xbox Live even though it can see my network and I have changed none of my network settings.

    Can't sign into 360

    I am experiencing the same problem with my Xbox one. Network connection works fine with Xbox one games but won't connect with Xbox 360 games. I was having the problem with my 360 before I got the Xbox one. I thought it was a problem with the console/network
    adapter but it appears it was not. I'm using Xfinity Comcast ISP and I've tested using both wired and wifi networks. I have a computer networking degree and everything else on my network is working normally. Is this a known issue? I even tried setting up port
    forwarding to all the required ports on my router and it didn't make a difference.

    I too am having this problem on my XBox One console from a network attached NAS but it plays fine on my XBox 360. Anyone Microsoft have any ideas?

    I am having hardware problems and xbox network not connected

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If that didn't work can you please try using a different network connection such as a mobile hotspot so we can test it out?
