I am having problems with Backwards Compatibility

Discus and support I am having problems with Backwards Compatibility in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So i have several games downloaded on xbox 360, but when i tried to shift them to xbox one, only one game went through.     I am having problems with Backwards Compatibility


    So i have several games downloaded on xbox 360, but when i tried to shift them to xbox one, only one game went through. Any idea on what's causing it/how to fix it?

    problem with Mass Effect 3 disks

    Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.

    Sorry to hear it. Please make sure the games you're wanting to download to the Xbox One are actually backwards compatible Xbox One Backward Compatibility

    i have many games myself i know are but wont let me re-download for free to my One S

    all of my resident evil games ive got everyone for 360 on download and i know they are on the One i get updates from RE.net

    and it tell me i need to pay extar to get them again

    Hi,

    I am trying to purchase a backwards compatible game. I do not own a 360. I have bought games in the past regular and backwards compatible and have not had this problem.

    Is there any other way to buy this game. It is an actual Xbox game "Splinter Cell".
