I am having problem with my postal code

Discus and support I am having problem with my postal code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I live in UAE .But there is no postal code there.     Postal Code oneguide

    To anyone

    Trying to use my oneguide on my xbox one but for some reason it will not take my postal code (in canada) Tried X0X 0X0 and X0X0X0 format structure it won't take either one. Had my previous postal code in quebec with no problem but here in Ontario it won't
    accept it

    Any ideas?

    Xbox One OneGuide Atlantic Canada Bell Aliant Fibreop Support?

    I'm trying to set up my OneGuide with my Bell Aliant FibreOp. No matter what postal code I enter it tells me "We could not find any providers in your area." I have no problem watching tv, but I can't get the OneGuide to get past that stupid postal code
    issue.

    ANYONE ABLE TO HELP!?!?!

    You shouldn't be asked to enter a postal code if your region doesn't support it.

    Make sure your account,billing & actual location all match.

    Salam Duchess!

    The UAE is a supported region so provided that your Xbox Live account is set correctly, you should be able to enter your information appropriately. If you need to, you can try
    migrating your account to the correct region. Once you do that, you should be able to add in all your information correctly.

    From what I know the U.A.E. has something similar to a P.O. box number instead of a postal code or zip code but not in all parts of the country.

    I have the same problem. I live in Argentina and I have friends who got it working. I tried their postal codes, but no dice. Why can't we simply select our provider instead of entering our postal code?
