    I am having issues with minecraft.net.


    For the past couple of days I have been having a massive issue with minecraft.net.

    I wanted to change my skin so I can add the new capes onto my character. However, every time I try to access the link, it says I don't own Minecraft and it logs me out. I have made sure I am in the right account, which I am, but I still can't get it to work. I have also tried all the online advice from previous forums, but they don't help either. I am becoming extremely frustrated with minecraft.net as of now. All I want to do is a simple action on the website, but it won't allow me.

    I have seen others talk about it and they are experiencing similar problems. Based on their experiences, it seems to have been going on for about 10 days now. I know there has already been a discussion about this issue here, but the thread hasn't had any recent assistance from a Microsoft Agent in some time.

    I believe that it is a server issue that needs to be looked into. I have no problems playing Minecraft, it just seems to be a problem with minecraft.net specifically. I hope this gets fixed soon, this situation is extremely frustrating.

    Also, while you can change your skin from the Minecraft launcher, you can't equip capes there for some reason. It's a bit of an oversight in my opinion.

    Recently, I noticed that this issue has also started occurring with many other players, which means that other players also don't see the game as purchased on the official Minecraft website, even though it works fine in the official Minecraft Launcher app.

    It seems to be a widespread problem with the Minecraft website and not a specific issue with your account.

    In this situation, I would recommend reporting the problem to the Xbox team using the green "Report" button located on the right side of the following website:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    This way, the Xbox engineers will be notified about this emerging issue and will work on a solution as quickly as possible.

    Additionally, you can also choose to contact Minecraft Support using the following link, as they manage and ensure the proper functioning of the game's website:

    In the meantime, you should be able to change the game's skin and equip capes from the official Launcher itself. If I'm not mistaken, it's also possible to do it from there instead of from the official website.
