    i am having difficulties to play gta 5 online


    bought my Xbox live gold membership but when I want to play GTA v online it tells me I have an "alert:"

    this profile does not have permission to play GTA v online...... how can I solve this problem?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. It may be that the console servers needs to be refreshed since you just added your subscription. Go ahead and clear the console's MAC address.

    To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

    • Go toSettings
    • Select Network > Network Settings
    • Select the Advanced Settings
    • Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
    • Select clear and restart
