    New dashboard question

    so I have two Xbox ones in my house, mine and my sons
    I am in the preview program only and my son is not in any programs
    He turned his Xbox on today to see an update which was strange since we both have instant on
    He now has the new dashboard and I'm on the original one
    How did his Xbox one get update when he isn't in any preview programs? And why is making be not update?

    Xbox not updating to NXOE

    I am having the same issue. I have even tried the offline update by downloading the software to a USB and installing it and it doesnt work. As far as my xbox is concerned there is no update to download.

    My xbox OS is: 6.2.13332.0 (xb_rel_1508.150903-2141) fre

    Did you by any chance use to be in the preview program? I used to have the preview releases on my xbox but I removed myself from it about a year ago after having issues.
