    On xbox rewards site it states i don't have xbox live, but i do. I am at the 5 tier so i am suppose to get 10% in rewards from purchases. I am only getting 5%.

    I was a tier 5 Xbox Live rewards member and am supposed to be getting 100 points per dollar spent in this new program. I'm only getting 1 point per dollar

    Missing reward points

    I bought 5 games and a season pass last month 2 of the games were included in the summer spotlight wich got me 4k reward points the other 3 games and season pass I have not recieved reward points for wich is priced over £100 I am vip star 5 and a gold member
    so should be receiving 10% on the 3 games and season pass but recieved no reward points for them

    There is currently an issue where recent changes brought on by the Preview Program has caused subscription information to be formatted differently. We are currently working on resolving this issue with another team. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once
    this issue has been resolved, your Gold Status will be correctly reflected again. We have reviewed your account and see that your March payback was not affected by this issue.

    I believe that particular reward is based on your Tier level and is a special reward for the some of the problems that have occured with the Forza 5 (You're tier leve 5 and got 5,000,000; I'm tier level 6 and got 6,000,000). I think you'll still see rewards
    in the future for the other games. If you make it to tier level 6 you should see new rewards on Horizon and FM4.
