I am having an issue downloading a few specific prices of game content.

Three specific prices of DLC won't download. One being a Game with Gold and the other two BGM extensions for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. Is this fixable?

Is there a specific error code you're getting when you try to download the game?

minecraft won't load

Game or add-on you are having issues with: Minecraft

Date you bought the content: 05/01/2013

Purchased with points or credit card: Points

Specific issue you are having: when I select game, screen goes black for a few minutes and the 'Game error' message appears

Any error code or message you are receiving: 'The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again.'

Ive tried to download the game a few times, deleted the game, cleared cache, reset xbox, and re-downloaded however the message still appears.

Do you mean you see a price on the us website and click on it but your account region is uk or somewhere else and its different?

Or that you cant download it.?

If you are using the website its best to change the locale to match your marketplace locale at the bottom of this page

Otherwise the console is better

If you cant download triple a titles like games with gold like gears of war or tombraider

Then does your account region match your actual location?

If not that would be why

To answer your question:

I simply get a "can't download" message after I purchase a specific DLC pack for a game. My region (Continental U.S.) is set for both areas. I can download anu thing but those specific things listed above.

I am having issues as well...downloaded the bundle few days ago... cleared cache..and still cannot use content..is there a special way to activate it?

I'm not saying that is the case for all content. In my previous post I said
very specifically that in certain cases content can be pulled from the marketplace due to licensing issues.

Usually, when content is pulled you're able to re-download it from your download history if you've previously purchased it. In some cases, this is not possible, and when the content license is pulled from the marketplace sometimes the game download goes off
the server as well.

There's gives that I've purchased in 2006 that have disappeared from the marketplace and I am still able to re-download them to this day without an issue.
