What happens? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I've come to the conclusion I need to reset my Xbox during troubleshooting and have been informed that I can select to keep my games and apps.     I am having a problem with my Xbox and may need to reset it. What happens?


    So I've come to the conclusion I need to reset my Xbox during troubleshooting and have been informed that I can select to keep my games and apps. But does this wipe my progress? Because if so that's a rather nuclear option I'd rather avoid.
