    I am having a problem downloading a profile. I get Can't download now. Try later. 80150016 I have downloaded my profile but I can't download my husband's. I have tried several times and several days.

    Can't connect to Xbox live, tho test connection shows all good

    Im having the same problem. I tried downloading my profile also but it says that I can't download it and to try again later. Now my profile isn't on my xbox.

    Hi there,

    please try the following steps, it may fix the issue

    1. Check Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/profile-move-delete

    3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Clear the console cache one more time

    7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

    I get the error 80150016 says it can not be downloaded xbox live profiles on mometo and try again later but with another profile if discharged properly

    you've found a glitch in the system, please help!!

    no errors just "cant connect to xbox live. select test connection to troubleshoot, or try downloading your profile again". and when i do test my connection everything is fine, i just tried downloading my account again and got "sorry, xbox live profiles cant
