    I am hard on Microsoft and Xbox because I want things to be better (are you?)


    I have always used Microsoft operating systems at home and work - I have also helped hundreds of other users get the best from them, and I've repaired their systems when they needed help ...Windows 95, 98, 98 SE, Millennium, 2000, XP, XP Pro, 7, 7 Pro and
    then straight on to Windows 10 ...missing completely Windows 8, not by choice, I just found Windows 7 to be very stable.

    I have always been drawn to Xbox gaming, I'm not a HUGE gamer, but it is my hobby and I love to play (when I'm not too sick).

    I've owned the Xbox 360 S, Xbox 360 E, Xbox 360 Elite, Xbox One, Xbox One S.

    ...I've had many problems with all these products and I complain hard.

    Recently I got the Xbox One X upgraded from a faulty Xbox One S (noisy weird noises coming from fan, problems with the updates - CONSTANTLY and then issues with losing saved games and then USB trouble) ...anyway, Amazon UK knew the troble I was having from
    the very start, but I left it a long time, then I decided enough was enough... so I got a refund and paid up to the Xbox One X.

    I spent 4 days wrestling with this Xbox One X, it drove me MAD! ...I used all my tech experience, resources and the Xbox One console support page ...I managed to play a few hours and then the next day when I powered on, the error screens started to show
    up again, so I sent it back to Amazon UK and EVENTUALLY! got my refund.

    I swear that I have felt so angry towards Microsoft and the Xbox team, I complained everywhere, reviewed everywhere ... I really was just about to jump ship and buy a PS4 Pro, I was so close then I decided not to.

    Now I have a new Xbox One X coming tomorrow, and I really hope that this one is functional, the last one was faulty OK, I get it, it happens ...but I am giving this another shot Xbox team, please don't ruin this for me again, because I will be jumping ship
    to non-Microsoft companies if I have the same trouble with this £450 console!

    Anyway,...

    Everyone should complain hard, give all feedback and make Xbox and Microsoft better, because if you don't, things don't improve.

    Xbox One X is the most powerful console available right now, and that is why I cant have anything less ... I just hope it lives up to the promise.

    Im fed up!!!!

    I fully agree R1CH5TER, i have had many problems from it but because im here to help Microsoft im okay with it. People who are doing it for back comp may get some big issues and they will quickly regret their choice. People should think hard if they want
    to commit to the issue that may be caused, some issues may have to be sorted by shipping it to microsoft to fix then just because of one thing you wont have your xbox for a while.

    Mixed feeling when reading your message. Sad is that Microsoft and Xbox still don't know that they're just killing themselves because they are wasting any loyal customers and supporters. Happy is that more gamers and customers are standing up to voice out.

    Those Microsoft and Xbox sales and support staff should really do their jobs or quit the jobs should they have nothing to be done. If Microsoft just want you to achieve any impossible missions by giving you no resources, then quit the job. Don't make this
    lousy jobs ruin your career. But I bet that all competitive and talented staff have left already, otherwise Microsoft and Xbox would not be that cheap and beggary to use volunteer ambassadors to be their human shields.

    Followed by smartphone, browser, tablet and soon gaming console, what else you think you can afford to fall, Microsoft?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. It never hurts to let your voice be heard. Hopefully these bad experiences don't continue for you with the new X One X. The best thing you can do is offer the most constructive criticism possible so the Xbox/Microsoft team can work on it effectively.

    I've personally beta tested several different products and found I had the best time when I was just working along side the teams. Its not just some problem meant to kick you while your down, its a journey that requires everyone to make it great!

  7. I have always bought my consoles from an actual company. Where a man or woman hands me the console across the counter. I don't trust something that expensive being shipped like that and then have to deal with contacting the shipper to get a refund or have
    to wait for it to get back to the shipper before refund is given. I like to be able to just take it back to gamestop (or whatever company is around that can hand you console over counter) if anything goes wrong. I have not had them problems. I am not saying
    you can't trust shopping online. I am just saying you may not be able to trust the many hands that could have touched it in shipping from where ever to where ever. I don't believe Microsoft is a bad company. I believe every company has flaws and it does take
    the voice of the community to fix said flaws. Nothing and nobody is perfect. If you would like to submit some ideas you can do so here

    Also, I feel as an ambassador in the comment about the ambassador... we give our time as ambassadors because we want to help better the Xbox community & Microsoft community. We VOLUNTEER our time. They don't twist our arms to be ambassadors. We are just
    friendly people wanting to help make this community the best it can be.

    I really hope this new Xbox one X works for you this time and I really truly hope you submit your ideas. You seem passionate about Microsoft and Xbox. Or you wouldn't have given so many chances on the product.

    I suppose im an ambassador in a way, not officially, but i do critique everything ☺

    Also in the past 20 years ive fixed or configured many a friends pc, device or laptop running a MS OS for free! lol

    ...they always mentioned it once I'd drank a beer or two, my arm was twisted to impress everyone in the room while I adjusted a laptop with a few tweaks to run efficiently and fast.

    ANYWAY, the brand new xbox one x is working excellent no problems so far, great powerful gaming platform, loving it.

    You know, though the ambassadors here are great, we need more Microsoft and Xbox fans like you. Microsoft and especially Xbox really need more critique, especially to their sales and promotion plus support.

    Just got Forza Horizon 3 for my Xbox One X last week, OH DEAR GAWD it is STUNNING! ... such an excellent game.

    Loving it very much.

    Feedback is always needed for companies to improve their products and services. In the case of Microsoft and my personal experience, I've never had serious problems. And I feel that things are heading for a future of success for the organization, in most
