I am getting that same error message . my profile loads .X-box live loads but my profile will not connect to x-box live.

I am having a problem with launching the preview app. I have it installed however when I clicked on launch I get the message that my console has already been registered to a different account. My account is the only one on my x box 1 . I did buy my box as
refurbished so I don't know if that is the reason. If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.

I haven't seen your message to me on my X-BOX. This is most likely because I set my account to

block almost everything on my X-box. That is also why I am using the forum and not ask questions using my X-BOX.

Can we use the forum to continue?
