Discus and support i am getting sick of it... why are'nt you still not able to fix and repair Jig Saw.. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Since a month neither Jig Saw ( daily challenges does not work at all) nor Mahjong ( lost a big part of my history) does not work properly.. i get...     Since a month neither Jig Saw ( daily challenges does not work at all) nor Mahjong ( lost a big part of my history)

    does not work properly.. i get more irritaded every day.. For a company of yr size i can't understand that you are not able to repair

  2. Xbox Live on Windows 10

    I just have the Xbox app that comes with Windows 10 (I do not have an Xbox console), and the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Jig Saw.

    Everything was working fine up until a few weeks ago. The Microsoft Collections started crashing....and now I can't even play Jig Saw because it keeps crashing.

    I am able to play Solitaire and Mahjong now but they are sluggish, freeze up and still crash.

    I've done everything....everything is up to date...I've uninstalled, updated, cleaned, restarted, reinstalled.

    Still the same......

    I've done everything and checked everything it says in the Support section....nothing works.

    Can anyone help me fix this?? Or at any rate give me some insight.

    Is the device you're using to play Jigsaw up to date, and does that device have enough storage to download the daily challenges? Here's what we can run through:

    - Restart your Windows 10 PC by selecting 'Restart' within the Start menu.

    - Search 'Check for updates' within the Start menu on your Windows 10 PC and run any updates that may be available.

    - Uninstall/reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw by searching 'Apps & features' within the start menu. From there, select the App from the list and select Uninstall. After the app has fully uninstalled, search for Microsoft Jigsaw through the Windows Store to reinstall
    the app back on.

    - After you have tried all of those steps, check how much storage is used on your PC. You can find this out by searching 'Storage' within the Start menu. If you're in the 'red', you may need to remove files on your PC to clean up some space for these daily
    challenges.

    If the steps above do not solve the issue, please get us a copy of your DxDiag. You can do that by following the below steps:

    - Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard, or click in the Search box on your task bar

    - Type 'dxdiag' (without the apostrophes) and hit enter

    - Click "Save all information" once it's completed gathering everything (there is a progress bar on the bottom left you will see)

    - Save it to a location you will quickly remember, titled with your Gamertag and DxDiag (the name should look like DxDiag if it were
    my text file)

    - Upload the text file to a file sharing site of your choice (we suggest using OneDrive)

    - Post back with the link to the text file

    Sorry this occurred for you QuietCargo, unfortunately there have been some ongoing issues with micro puzzles for some time. Many folks are having issues with it. I have heard no answer yet that Microsoft is looking into it, nor if even the Xbox folks are
    responsible for them. My best suggestion is to go to the support website at support.microsoft.com and report your issues there. Hopefully with enough feedback they can look into the underlying issues to fix the game.

    Have you tried clearing your cache, I know this may seem insignificant but it can sometimes help clear up issues such as the one your describing. Hope this helps
