Discus and support I am getting real tired of no one helping me. I have 100,000+ rewards not depositing. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; DO NOT CLOSE THIS REQUEST. I have requested a deposit on this forum(well the older looking one) three times now. They always say blah blah blah make...     I am getting real tired of no one helping me. I have 100,000+ rewards not depositing.


    DO NOT CLOSE THIS REQUEST. I have requested a deposit on this forum(well the older looking one) three times now. They always say blah blah blah make sure your address line up and then they close it. NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING. If you have to close it then
    at least give me a phone/email to a supervisor that I can contact.

    I have done everything possible for my account to receive my deposits. I have made sure my address lines up. I have purchased a 1.00 rewards card to make sure there is something to deposit into. You are able to bill me so why not being able to deposit.

    Xbox Rewards credits not depositing

    I have 27,274 Xbox Rewards credits pending and they are not depositing and I can find no way to deposit them.

    I have over 134K reward points. I have not been able to cash them in in over a year. I have contacted support on several occasions with no positive results. I am really getting tired of getting the emails every month telling me that I have points pending
    only to find out that I cannot cash them in.

    Please get this fixed.

    Hello GreenStatue,

    As acknowledged in your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/FAA4E3FB-8E51-4FF3-83D6-B4AA0F6F6C36), there is an error with your account. You were not
    directed to make sure your address lines up in that post. You may be receiving these directions in our error message from emails and on the website, but as addressed previously, this is an error with the data on your account, and adjusting your user information
    will not resolve it. What is occurring is that the billable account you have designated as the deposit account is not being properly communicated to our deposit process. When our process does not receive instructions on which account to deposit into, it aborts,
    rather than deposit into an unknown account. This is why our troubleshooting tool is incorrectly diagnosing this as missing user information; the system sees the deposit failed due to blank information, and assumes this is due to user error. At this moment
    in time, we have still not received a resolution from our other team. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. As you request, we will leave this thread unlocked, but cannot guarantee a prompt response. Replying to older threads is not as visible as creating
    new threads, which is why we lock them. There is no public contact for the team working on this issue.
