I am getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live and cannot resolve with troubleshooting

I purchased my Xbox 360 this summer and it worked just fine for several months. But since September I have had issues with Xbox Live just randomly disconnecting. Sometimes I can't even play because it just keeps getting disconnected over and over again whenever
I try to enter game world online or matchmaking. Other times I play for an hour or so with no interruption.

I have already gone through the troubleshooting article "I'm getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live" a few times now. Nothing has solved the issue.

I have doubts that it is a networking or ISP issue because my husband's Xbox 360 works just fine (and his is older) when connected the same way - and of course mine still will have the issue when connected like his. Whenever we play together and I get randomly
disconnected, his connection was always fine.

Another odd thing about it is what I'm playing when connected to Xbox Live and getting randomly disconnected. I played
COD: Ghosts for months with no issue. Then I got Destiny and that's when the issue began, but it only happened when I was playing that specific game. I know of the connection issues with
Destiny, but again, my husband plays it just fine on his Xbox 360. I had hoped that this was just a
Destiny issue, since I continued to play COD: Ghosts just fine and watch
Netflix with never getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live. But now that I have COD: AWF I've had issues staying connected playing that game as well. I don't get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live as much on COD: AWF as I do
Destiny, but it still occurs proving it's not just an issue with one game. So far, these are the only two games I have that the issue occurs with.

After struggling so long with this and trying I could find, I'm getting the feeling it's an issue to my specific Xbox 360 that I can't fix with changing some settings.

Any other suggestions for me to try? Or do I need the hardware looked at?

XBOX One operating on minimal functionality

I'm randomly getting disconnected from Xbox live while play BF4 I can not work out if it's live or BF4

 

Try deleting the update you have for the game that isn't working for that the update could be corrupted, if not then try removing your profile and downloading it again trying to refresh your account

 

I have tried deleting the cache (three times in a row) several times, and removing my profile and downloading it again several times as well. Searched for corrupted data as well. But you might be saying to go into the game file and delete those up dates,
huh? I will try that.

 

The same thing is happening for me. I have done all the trouble shooting steps also. My friend continues to stay on live with his xbox right next to me so i moved my hard drive to his xbox just to see if it worked and i still continue to get disconnected.

 

I also have this problem, while my two roomates continue to have none at all. It only happens when I play destiny though. I've tried every single workaround I've ever found with no actual fix.

 

I am getting so fed up with Destiny atm bugie need to get thare [Mod Removed] together. I mean we all pay for xbox live this is out of order and its there servers that's the problem not any updates and thay should have got ready before releasing the game.
Thay should all be ashamed of them self's. Its one good game but has lost all rep and they will never get it back. Dragon Age is much better eny way and you see in one or less then that Destiny will be lol lost in space and will be forgotten and good ridden's
