i am getting kicked out of party's with no error message

Let's test your network connection and multiplayer connection. Please let me know if there is an error that will show up:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Connection & Test Multiplayer Connection.

I would also appreciate it if you can provide me your current NAT Type.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

this did not work and still no error code

I have had continual problems with this issue. About every game and a half, i receive a connection interrupted message, then get kicked from the game with the error message of "server disconnected". I am on the only one in my party that has this happen,
and it wasnt an issue until the past 3 weeks or so.

I'm still getting the content erro message but I'm not getting kicked from chat parties anymore.

2Wire 550 router AT&T dsl internet.

Ethernet connection.

DMZ+ enabled.

No other error messages encountered.
