I am getting kicked from my party and from my game, so I cant play multiplayer games

And getting kicked from the party/privates does happen in-game. But only if I'm not playing multiplayer, if I sit in an empty lobby before starting up the joining process I still get kicked. But if I am in a multiplayer lobby or playing a multiplayer game
I never get kicked at all.

This happened to me too, then it stopped. It gets quite annoying. You get kicked from the game and they stay in the game, I was playing GTA V and I get kicked from the party and game though I host it and then they play it.

My friends and I from both 360 and xbox are having problems staying in game. We can create a party together to play but will get kicked from the game in less than 3 minutes of play.

I too have been having the same problem. I'm using the old wireless headset, and it gets randomly disconnected from the console. (as in I'm looking tnto the party area hear my friends one minute, and through my television the next.) and then kicks me off
Xbox LIVE, whilst playing any multiplayer game like Duke Nukem Forever, Halo Reach, ETC. I noticed this by playing Duke Nukem Forever, my Wireless Headset would dissconect from the console, freeze the game and work normally before kicking me from LIVE. also
on Guitar Hero I'm Playing with my friend Helping him With some Achievements, My mic would turn off and reboot itself for some reason and freeze the game on an insane part causing me to lose on that track, and i go to change discs to Halo Reach it kicked me
from my lobby and Xbox LIVE. So I'm forced to shut down my console just because I have no WI-FI Connection going to my console. I cant post any videos as i have no way of getting them on here. Sorry for any inconvenience me not posting videos may have caused
this issue not getting fixed.
