I am dissatisfied with the list of backward-compatible titles

I would like to know who made the list of backward-compatible titles.
As a user and gamer I'm dissatisfied.
I know that many have asked because soulcalibur 4 and 5 we are not there.
Titles such as tekken 6 and tournament tag 2 are on the other hand (even if tekken 7 has been released).
Or the sims 3, bullet witch etc. .. are not there?
I know that the xbox 360 and xbox titles are many, but at least they could put the previous versions (since they come out new versions) for those who want to recover them ?.
I read a discussion where the answer from those who work for microsoft, which said that (as far as soulcalibur there are only 1 and 2 is enough) but you can !!

Then on twitter they say there are more than 500 titles!
I think there are not.
Sorry for the outburst.
But I would like microsoft to listen to users and update the backwards compatible list.

Backward Compatibility Voting

It's a good idea.

But in my opinion the list must only exists out of games that can be made backwards compatible.

With that I mean a list of games that have no issues with licensing. This way people won't get dissatisfied when the games with the most votes won't make it to the backwards compatibility feature.

Currently this title is not part of the backwards compatible catalog, you can go to xbox.uservoice.com and request this game become part of the backwards compatible catalog.

It's mostly up to the developers/publishers to allow the games to become backwards compatible and there are still games being added constantly.

Backwards compatibility voting has been removed from that site. There is currently no way to vote on backwards compatible games.

its the publishers who give the go ahead for compatibility, Microsoft are not choosing which ones can be available its just what they can get

 

It's down to the Devs/Pubs, not Microsoft.

 

They tend to release games when a new one in the series is announced or coming out. I though for sure with Soul Calibur 6 launching we’d see some back compat releases in the series.

 

If you really feel strong about certain titles of the bc list try to contact the game developers since they have the last say regarding the inclusion of games in the bc emulator for xbox one

 

they add nee games all the time , hopefully those publishers will help us out with some more soon

 

I'm sorry to hear that.

I think currently the best way to have your voice heard on which titles you want added to backwards compatibility is to reach out to the publishers/developers of those titles and let them know that you would like to see these games added to backwards compatibility.

 

I think there is a very good selection of games with more coming all the time. Sometimes its just not possible to do every game. Sorry you are disapointed.

 

I, on the other hand, am very impressed by Phil Spencer and his team of keeping the list of backwards compatible games constantly growing.
