    I complained on he Facebook page and the reply I received from XBox was LOL. It appears that calling fellow gamers to *** is funny. Sorry I disagree, even if it is regarding GTA 5. It's not right for younger players to be reading it. Is *** acceptable in
    Xbox's world? It certainly isn't in mine.

    Hi everybody, we just added some new achievement awards to the site! Remember when you feel like you've got an award the best way to get is to go to the award tab at the top and request the reward. We try to keep track and give awards as they come due. But sometimes things do get missed so don't be afraid to request an award if you feel like you've earned them. Below you can find a list of the new awards added to the site. Hope you all like them.


    10 Referrals - Member has referred 10 new members to the site. Must name the member during registration to be counted.
    20 Referrals - Member has referred 20 new members to the site. Must name the member during registration to be counted.

    Update: Microsoft has shipped my replacement console. I'm still super-impressed with their customer service, and utterly disgusted by FedEx's.

    I see it's not a word we are allowed to even see here. So that you know what I'm referring to it's similar to Grape, but one letter is missing. Alternatively, check the Australian FaceBook page. Right at the start.

    It's not rocket science. Buy from an Authorized Retailer which Microsoft says. In New Zealand and Australia, they include JB Hi Fi, DSE, etc. Microsoft usually has a list of authorized retailers on their site. Preferably from an authorized retail shop. The
    only place which I would fully trust to buy an Xbox console from, is from this site, their official Xbox site.

    Hi Rxngz,

    Thank you for bringing this up. I agree that this issue is caused by some restriction in the club that's why you can't view other tabs on it. It's also possible that there's a violation detected by our Enforcement team and with that, the club may get suspended.
    For you to determine if your club is suspended or not, I recommend that you used another account, then search your Xbox profile. From there, go to the
    Following tab and check your clubs status. You can ask your friend to do this action on their end so that they can check if your clubs are fine.

    Keep us posted if something comes up after performing the suggested action above.

    I am a gold member but it says I am not?

    Your profile shows you as gold. It is probably a sync error with the server. Try deleting your profile (profile only), clear system cache, reboot your system, and download your profile again. After that it should show you as gold.
