I am console banned and I want to know why

You can file a Case Review with the enforcement team at https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6 and a member of the Microsoft's team will review it. I don't believe they monitor the forms.

I truly understand your situation. First of all, I want to state that no suspension is given without a reason. The enforcement team meticulously checks every situation.

Here in the community, we do not have access to this information ( reason for suspension/ban ) since this is dealt with by the Enforcement team, okay? The appeals are the only way to contact them though.

I am really sorry for your situation, but this can truly only be solved ( if possible ) through appeals. No one here can assist with that, neither can Support. Hope you understand.

the thing is though, even if there were sore losers who were reporting you for modding, the enforcement team wouldn't have banned you unless they could find evidence that what these others were claiming was true.

You can try posting in the suspension forum, but they dont respond to console bans, unless the system wrongfully banned it by mistake like it did in the incident a couple ofmonths ago (which is unlikely) There must be something to have caused the ban. It's
not just exclusive to modding and hardware tampering, it can be banned for many other things, such as marketplace theft.

Hello UnKnOwNxSTR8x, I completely understand your frustration; I can't help you unfortunately, but I would like to say that I believe your useage of 'all caps' in your post was completely and fully 'acceptable' given your situation - I can only empathise
with how you are feeling.

At all other people out there, so you can read the rules and regulations of the xbox forums... so what?! instead of merely focusing on pointing out what a person is doing wrong and ignoring everything they have to say, how about give them some encouraing
words, point them in the right direction, and then absolutely 'lastly', if you still feel the need to comment on their mistake, then do so in a way that will help them to rectify their mistake for the next time, don't just say that they're wrong and shove
a forum rules and regulations thread in their face.
