I am connected to Xbox live on my Xbox 1 but I am unable to access it playing dragon age ...

Just like the title says. Outside of the game I can access netflix and any other app no problem. When I try to connect to the dragon age servers I get "you use be signed into xbox live to access online features". I go out and check connections. I get nat
open and it says all services are available. When I test the network connection it says that it's all good. I have tried on multiple networks with the same issue. I did remove and readd my Xbox account but still have the same issue. I was able to access the
servers on Tuesday but since the network issues that xbox was having last week, I have been getting this message.

Dragon Age Inquisition

I have a newly purchased XBOX One and have been playing Dragon Age Inquisition, however I am unable to connect to the Dragon Age Servers, I am aware of the "technical difficulties" Xbox has been experiencing from "hackers" but would like to know if there
has since been a fix, update or patch that would allow me access to the Dragon age Servers or is there something that I can do from my end that would help facilitate a connection. Any updated information on the status of the Dragon Age Servers would be greatly
appreciated.

Hello everyone

Please understand that I am not hating on Dragon Age 2 in any way shape or form, but despite being a great game; I found the story to be lackluster.

With that being said, I am now cautious of the Dragon Age Inquisition and MAYBE I will pick-it up in the future for my Xbox 360.

As far as Dragon Age 2 is concerned, I have decided to give up on that game so what I said in my previous post (I will only get Dragon Age Inquisition " IF " I beat Dragon Age 2) is no longer a road block to Dragon Age Inquisition.

I found a thread with the answer. Unplug your Xbox One! Plug it back in the completely restart it. It worked for me.

 

I've unplugged the Xbox One at least 3 times now and I still have the same issue.

 

Same Troubles here. Cannot play FIFA 14 and 15 online on xbox one !

I get "you use be signed into xbox live to access online features"

 

I have this problem with Cod. Test your multiplayer connection and see if it says anything about a Teredo IP.

 

we have this problem cant play FIFA15 or play DVDs, won't connect to XBOX live

If you are continuing to experience issue connecting to Xbox Live , I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:

• First, check on our Service Status page to see if there is a service alert that my be the cause of the issue.
  
• If there are no service alerts that relate to the issue, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and press the Menu button.
• Select Network and then select Test Network Settings.
• Check to see if the Network test finds any errors.

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know how it goes!
