I am connected to the internet but xbox 360 won't connect to parties or multiplayer

I've been having the same issue. My xbox is connected to the Internet, and it says I can play multiplayer, but won't connect to Xbox Live. Tried restarting multiple times, disconnected from Internet and reconnected, and still nothing

Ah, yes. I am familiar with internet connection sharing and network bridging. But my pc won't actually recognize my 360 as a network. I open my network connections and there is no port or connection for the game system. I have the internet source recognized,
but not the other half of the issue.

Doesn't work.

I am at a hotel with no access to router/modem settings. My NAT type is open, and I connected via an alternate MAC address.

I can go on Netflix and party chat, but when I jump on destiny, it says that I am not connected to the Internet. ran the multiplayer connection test and this is the error I get. Any other solutions?

I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live
