I was banned from communications over something I never did, I was reported by a troll and now I am being banned from chat until February 17th 2017, I work on the weekends, and can only play during the week. Please get back to me ASAP.

My account was banned for life.

im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

Communications Ban Appeal

I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

You need to report the person via your console.It's the only way to report someone.

The enforcement team won't accept any recordings etc. you have.They'll have everything they need once the person has been reported.

Just remember that any report has to be investigated so if action is needed it wont be instant,it could take several weeks.

I also recommend blocking this person after reporting them

yeah i did a million times and idk why he was able to message me yesterday and start a fight. im not kidding when i say hes been terrorizing me and my friends for years. he makes new accounts regularly..

You will have to contact enforcement.xbox.com there is nothing the forums can do to assist you other than sending you there.
