Discus and support I am charged twice for xbox series x console in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I ordered xbox series x on Nov 10th, the order now is still pending but has not been shipped.     I am charged twice for xbox series x console


    I ordered xbox series x on Nov 10th, the order now is still pending but has not been shipped.

    I saw one charge on 11/24 in my bank card is $547.49

    Another charge is on 12/01 is $547.49

    I have no way to contact billing department, and virtue assistant can't help.

    Microsoft sates it will only charge me when the xbox ships, but why I already been charged twice now????

    It is an emergency, I need balance in my card to pay my rent! Any Microsoft person can come and help?

    I don't about other retailers for Xbox Series X online orders but GAME there's no orders for the Series X that you can put an order down for as of yet,

    There is this you can order at GAME it's the cheapest option Xbox Series X with a play and charge kit, though the console is sold out, you will get an order on it...
