I am broadcasting but it says I am offline

I am having a similar prob but its the case of not being able to have my stream online, it says I,m broadcasting on xbox one but on website it isn't it says offline-.-

With the intention of helping you, I did a search on the internet and found a possible solution in a Microsoft publication where a player was presenting a problem similar to yours, so follow these steps:

Go to option > General Options > Data > then reset to default settings and it should work fine thereafter.

In case the problem persists, let me know as I will be happy to continue helping you, I will be attentive to your response (I already think you have mentioned having performed these steps but try them again).
