I am Brazilian but my BO2 is in English. Why?

If you are using an Xbox One with retrocompatibility, sometimes the games don't have all language available in the original version, but always English and the language associated to.

Example 1: a game that have few localized audio file and a bunch of text, a game like this have all language in one unique version.

Example 2: a game with more localized audio, sometimes MULTI5 English, French, Deutch, Spanish, Italian other language only text -> the retrocompatibility game have all this language.

Example 3: a game so big and full of localized audio that the original version was split into a MULTI3 English, French, Deutch plus another MULTI3 Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and possibily so on with other version with other languages. -> in this latest
case the retrocompatibility game is the version where is present English as first (base) language.

First we must identify what console you are currently using:

• If you are using an Xbox One then you can change your
  language and locales by going to your
  System Settings. To access the system settings, press the
  Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select
  System > Settings >
  System
• If you are using an Xbox 360 you have to go into
  settings as well, Press the Guide button
  on your controller, go to Settings, and then select
  System Settings. Select Console Settings.
  Select Language and Locale. Select
  Language, and then select the language you want to use. You can then go back and select
  Locale, and then select the location where you live.

You have probably bought an english version of the game and that is why the game is in english, have you tried or are you able too change the language too your mother toungue in the menus or the settings?

Hey. I don't think the console region itself will put your game in the language you need it in, especially if its an Xbox 360 game like Black Ops 2 (assuming its being played on an Xbox One.) Check all of the game settings while in the games itself. Somewhere
in audio maybe should be the localization settings. Also check the Microsoft Store to make sure you don't have to download the localization pack, if you do it should be free.
