    I am being suspended every 3 weeks and have zero idea why PLEASE HELP


    I was recently suspended about a month or so ago and haven't touched my Xbox until the past week. After receiving the message today (while being offline) that I broke the code of conduct and was re suspended, I went through all my messages (there isn't many)
    to see if I said anything out of line. There is nothing, only good words between players in the community.

    I'd like to investigate what exactly is causing me to be communication banned. This problem has been reoccurring for the past few months, and I have paid STRICT attention to what I am saying during online play. I am a professional player for a very competitive
    fighting game, and I am wondering if I am being spam reported for "cheating" after winning. I could also be getting reported for being on stream with friends and cursing, or for messages dating back prior to my previous suspension.

    Submitting a case review did nothing, as usual. I would really appreciate some answers. If I AM doing something wrong, I'd like to actually know what it is so I can fix the issue.

    Posted in this forum at the advice of a friend, who was also suspended and inquired as to why here. He was left by an admin / mod / dev with details & date of his act that resulted in being suspended.

    I think there has been a mistake with my Xbox

    My Xbox has temporally suspended and I have no idea why I haven't played Xbox in a week and I wasn't console banned back then but when I got back on my other account coudlnt send messages or talk in parties and so confused and lost. Someone please help me

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. Any information about your suspensions would be shown on
    http://enforcement.xbox.com Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They will not give specifics.

    As Smwutches mentioned. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . Previously they did, but that process has since changed. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the
    email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    HERE
    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
