    I am being repeatedly charged for my yearly subscription


    I payed $60 at the beginning of the year for a yearlong Live Gold Subscription. So far, it has charged me about $30-40 per month, in addition to the one-time $60 payment when I first subscribed. Any way I can remove that?

  2. Being billed for two subscriptions

    I originally bought the monthly subscription for Xbox Live Gold, but decided to change it to a yearly one. It charged me the £39.99 for the yearly, but I'm still being charged £5.99 each month for the other subscription. The annoying thing is when I try
    and access the Subscriptions page on my account it sends me to the 'Help us protect your account' screen over and over. No matter how many times I verify my account with the code it spits me back out there.

    I tried logging on via my Xbox but it only lists my annual subscription. I am beyond confused. Anyone know how I can get past this account protection screen to look at my subscriptions? I don't want to keep being charged £5.99 for something I've already
    paid for.

    Xbox charged me for yearly subscription when I had auto renewal off?

    I turned auto-renewal off on Xbox as my yearly subscription was due to be paid, but xbox have gone and charged me for a yearly subscription when this was off. Am i able to cancel and get a full refund?

    I was given a one month trial when I bough my xbox that automatically changed to a recurring one month membership. Last month I upgraded the monthly gold membership to a yearly one. Yet this month, Microsoft still charged my account the monthly fee on top
    of the yearly one. So I am now essentially being charged for two live accounts even though I only have one! The "contact us" tabs on the Microsoft website don't open to anything, neither does the live chat option. When I tried to cancel the monthly subscription,
    the screen said the only one I have is a yearly membership, even though they just charged me the monthly fee last week!!

    I live in Ireland, I can't find any other way of dealing with this issue from the Microsoft website.
