Discus and support I am being harassed by enforcement team in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been subjugated to a unlawful ban.     I am being harassed by enforcement team


    I have been subjugated to a unlawful ban. I have yet to receive a message from Microsoft telling me they have taken action. I haven't received a email of enforcement action taken upon my account. I haven't sent any messages or harassed or cheated in any
    way. When I contacted Microsoft support they couldn't give me a reason for my ban. They said I should post this on the xbox fourms page. I am more than happy to let Microsoft review my account. This is a breach of contract between the player and Microsoft.
    I need action taken upon this situation. Please help me Microsoft I dont deserve this

    My gamertag is revealing too much personal information and i am being harassed and ridiculed for being african, my accent does not help either.

    I have read the terms of service for gamertags and it said that if it reveals personal information it is subject to change by the enforcement team that I was referred to by the support team.

    14 day suspension from defending myself.

    IF you are being harassed on a game the best thing to do is report them so the enforcement team can investigate them.

    Enforcement Policy?

    If someone harasses you just report them or block those persons from further abuse. Retaliating counts as harassment and is object to enforcement acts.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.

    Have you tried to simply block communications with the offenders? Maybe file a report through the console.... No need to recieve unwanted messages. GOOD LUCK!!!

    Hurricane sorry for all that is happening to you but first off you can not post other gamer tags on the forums.go to xbox support and report them there.also what you can do is go to your profile and set your voice/message to friends only.that way you will
    only get messages from friends only....GoodLuck

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console so the enforcement team will investigate him. You'd also want to block communications with him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
