Discus and support I am being falsely reported by the XBL community because I main Torbjorn in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; FYI...I'm partially disabled.     I am being falsely reported by the XBL community because I main Torbjorn


    FYI...I'm partially disabled.

    Yes, I main Torbjorn as my current physical condition only allows me to play as him (I can't aim properly). I am GOOD with him but most players cannot accept that I play as him. The amount of hate messages and vitriol I get in EVERY game is astonishing and
    depressing.

    My XBL reputation has suffered dramatically while playing Overwatch in the past few months and now I am falsely labeled as "Avoid Me". I have been an XBL member with the same GT for nearly 14 without any major issues with the community until this game was
    released (this after countless hours of Halo, GoW and Destiny).

    The Overwatch community is the most toxic community of gamers I have ever experienced. For this community to single me out because of my lack of "skill" astonishing. I simply cannot play this game as intended at the moment due to my physical condition (which
    I would like to avoid details on).

    I WISH I could zip around like Genji.

    I WISH I could support team members as Mercy/Lucio.

    I WISH I could provide air support with Pharah.

    I WISH I could be your front line Reindhart.

    BUT I PHYSICALLY CAN'T.

    For this, I believe the community has been reporting me en masse (as evident with my reputation and the amount of feedback and messages I have received in the past month alone). I am asking for a formal investigation into my account.

    14 years, countless hours of gaming and in a 3 month period, my near flawless reputation on XBL has diminished into NOTHING. All because I main Torbjorn.

    a suspension or a avoid me rep?

    If suspension then you must go to https://enforcement.xbox.com

    If rep you must go there to figure out what reports you need to work on etc

    I was play overwatch competitive and i got reported falsely for cheating for 1 week. i dont know what to do i was hoping i could get in contact with someone who can help because i did not do anything

    This is absolute torture

    I just checked my rep history. 13 voice communication reports in the last 6 months? That is obvious abuse of the rep system. There is absolutely no way I am conducting that much bad behavior. It just isn't true. There is no way to substantiate these reports
    and I am being falsely attacked. This is ridiculous.

    False communication reported?

    Support doesn't handle enforcement issues, so contacting them would not do anything. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will issue the appropriate action, so as long as you are reporting others, they are being looked into
    and the proper action taken, but investigations can take time so it's not always immediate. Occasionally they will send a "thank you" message, but otherwise, they will not let you know when/if they take action.
