I am being disconnected from Xbox Live when I start to play World of Tanks and other games. This issue started on the 5th of Nov while connecting to World of Tanks and receiving an email address and password verification notice which was in itself
unusual. This is an issue related to my Xbox Live account and not hardware or network problem since other accounts on my Xbox are able to connect to Xbox Live and stay connected while playing games. I have checked my account had there are no complaints or
bans associated with my account and I have not been notified of any issues of that kind.

Hello for the last few days i have been getting the error message and cant play world of tanks i get into a game and 2-5 mins in i get disconnected from world of tanks or disconnected from xbox live. i have tryed dmz, UPnP, manual network setup, clearing
cache, deleting my profile. and nothing has worked im also connected with a wire not wireless.

xbox please fix this as i have spent money in world of tanks for premium time that i now can not use because of a xbox issue.

 

corrupted avatar item

i have a corrupted avatar item from world of tanks that i've deleted but when im in the game , i get disconnected from xbox live . i check my storage and see the same corrupted item back in my avatar items . please help me

 

I am having the same exact problem. Who is your service provider and what model of modem/router do you have.

 

I have Verizon. I didn't bother with looking at the Modem/ Router since other accounts are working normally. So that suggests to me that the problem, whatever it is, is with my Xbox Live account.

 

There was a forum that i was looking at where everyone had this same problem and most of them had the same comcast modem/router that i have. TECHNICOLOR TC8305C. It seems like no one knows what this problem is or how to fix it. I just wanted to let you know
your not the only one.

 

Thanks, I saw that posting as well but since the problem seems to be an equipment issue I created a new one. I still have no resolution on this issue.

 

I created another one and i have gotten a response from a support person i am waiting on further responses.

I too am having similar issues.

First the confirm your email and password, and tick this box if you want us to remember your password (!). And then being instantly disconnected from XBL when loading WOT. I live in Finland, ISP is Elisa, router is by Pace IDKTBH.
