    Sorry to hear about the bullying. Please report and block the people who are doing this with the tools provided on your console. There are no more free Gamertag changes. When Enforcement forces a change you get a shiny new random generated name. You will
    need to pay the 9.99 in order to change it.

    sorry all you can do is report the tags that are harassing you via your console and or block communications and or set your profile to friends only. the only way to get your tag changed is if you pay for it.
