I am banned from posting without a reason given to me...as my account was hacked

Have you talked with xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us about your account being hacked?

Normally they will go through the a
Account Compromised wizard with you and have you setup a new account and fill out a form for their escalations team that will determine if your account was truly compromised and if so they would move everything over to the new account.

When you talk to them do not say anything about your suspension they do not deal with any of that they would only deal with the compromised account.

Microsoft does not disclose the reason for a device ban.

Usually, though, device bans are issued for (but not necessarily limited to) these kinds of reasons:

- Hacking, tampering.

- Account fraud, phishing.

- Repeated violations of the code of conduct.

Whatever the reason, what's done is done, and device bans are permanent and irreversible. The console can only be played offline now.

I want to review why my console was banned without a reason why I have not been informed in order to appeal this decision, no service has given me an answer. They only read the terms or tell me that this information is confidential. I demand to have an answer
on why, since it is not fair that I carry out a process of these without having a motive.
