Discus and support I am banned for 7 days for my first offence in almost 2 1/2 Yearsz in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Unfortunately i did not know of any Rule about “promotiong giveaways” on Looking for Groups posts.     I am banned for 7 days for my first offence in almost 2 1/2 Yearsz


    Unfortunately i did not know of any Rule about “promotiong giveaways” on Looking for Groups posts. I only made treid to make a Looking for Group post promoting my stream, in which i was giving away 5 copies of Cyberpunk2077 since i made a post yesterday
    (on release day). And was messaged multiple times by Xbox Players asking for my Account to Game Share, or reading through the multiple posts of people asking for accounts. I thought maybe helping people on Xbox during the Christmas Season for people who couldnt
    afford it.

    now i am suspended for 7 days and cannot stream, or talk to any of my friends. I tried to see if i could grt it down to 1 Day but they Upheld the suspension and now i cant play Cyberpunk for 7 days since my playthrough is a Streamed Playthrough for my Followers.
    I also havent had suspension in over 2 years, i will be moving away from Xbox and not returning i cannot accept this violation of my right to stream games i buy. Cbox should only be able to ban my communcation to other players not my right to share gameplay.
    There was no warning of a suspension and i only treid to make the post Twice.

    its sad how people can sit and beg for peoples accounts but someone trying to help others get a a game they cant afford is punished and his efforts to becoem a content creator are blocked.

    Well lets think about this. In MW2 they did NOTHING. Now they are banning people almost everyday and are finally doing a ban wave. Yah its only two days for the FIRST offence. That doesnt mean its not longer if they get caught again.

    Chat Banned For Saying One Cuss Word

    The length of a suspension isn't just based on how many times you've been suspended in the past,the severity of the offence is also part of it.

    You could get a 2 week suspension for a first offence if it's severe enough or even permanently banned.

    I highly doubt you would get a 1 week suspension for one swear word.I suspect there's more to this.

    As it takes more then 24hours to reinvestigation to be complete

    Also should be noted it doesn't matter who starts the fight you break the rules you aren't immune because you retaliated
    My precedent ban was until 28 december at 11pm so less thant 2 days ago, i was ban for communication and i injury no one since my precendent ban. So i want to understand why am i ban cause i never use vocal so..
