    i am banned because i am forced to share an account with my brother who plays 360 he got me ...


    i am banned for 24 hours and it wasnt my fault. it was my little brother who i have to share an account with. he plays 360. i play xbox one and have not associated with anyone who was cheating and nor was i cheating. so it must been my brother who i will
    not allow to use my account anymore. but i would like the ban lifted as my tribe on ark was relying on me.

    I share my Xbox one with my brother. He has his own account and I have my own account.

    So my brother tells me he got banned for bullying and harassment. I boot up my Xbox to play a game and I get this message

    "Choose something else to do"

    "Because of your past behavior you cannot play multiplayer games online."

    I contacted Xbox One support and he told me I should make a post here. That my Xbox is banned.

    It's not right I feel that my Xbox is banned when I haven't done anything at all. My brother on HIS ACCOUNT violated the TOS.



    I haven't done anything wrong at all. I have a perfect record never been banned. I haven't received an email informing me of a ban to my account.

    I feel I shouldn't have to suffer for my brothers mistakes. Can you unban my Xbox and keep his account banned? My Xbox is banned until 8/30/2017

    I can't appeal the ban under Xbox Enforcement because my account is in perfect standing.

    my account got hack by someone, i dont know how they got my gamer profile information. i was a 23 green rank at frist. but when they hack my gamer profile they set me to blue 48. i tried asking for help on epics forums but no one replyed. so kept playing
    on the same gamer profile. i share the same xbox 360 with my brother and he got ban to , he didnt get hack. i dont know who it was but i guss they knew if they hack my ranking epic games was going to ban me from playing.

    When my cousin comes over most of the time he plays on a guest account...... but sometimes when my brother is not playing with us he uses my brothers account... he does not do that bad considering he does not play as much as most of us... He get 5-7 kills...
    I dont find it that bad since he is a guest and all so... I dont mind playing with my cousin anymore. Heck he sometimes does better than my brother who plays all the time..... But he keeps telling me I have a modded controller because he looks at my screen

    You see I have a friend that I use to game share with so I called him and asked him if he has posted anything on my account and he hasn't. Other than that I have a brother who sometimes uses my xbox 360 but he has his own account. Nor does he have the
    time to just use the xbox 360 because he's in his 20's and he has a family and he prefers the outdoors.
