I am at my wit's end! Worst Networking Porblem ever!

So my friend and I wanted to play some Halo, I invited him and got the message in the party app "Network settings block chat for some people". Now I have had this problem before, it was on my end of things, so i did some basic trouble-shooting and I led
myself to updating my router's firmware, which did the trick. Now this time I've gone to all these lengths: setting my NAT to Open, port forwarding all necessary ports for the Xbox one as provided on the Xbox website, power cycling the Xbox one and my router
at proper times and with at least a full minute each powered off and unplugged, trying to connect to my phone's hotspot as entirely different network connection, and for some reason, I still cannot talk or connect to any of my friends, or even match-make on
any game. In my network settings on my Xbox One I tested the network connection and multiplayer connection and both say everything is fine without error. My friend is able to connect to others and to everything normally, not to mention the current status of
social and online play for XBL is active and without issue (as per the XBL status on the website). ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

EDIT**** - After reviewing the detailed network statistics again, my "Detailed NAT information" is displaying as "Your network is behind a core NAT" "Status Code: 0x40000000000" is this a bad thing?

Forza 3 no online lobby

I have the same porblem, I cant even go to the auction house either. the worst part is I have a few million dollars tied up in the auction house that im starting to get worried about!

A Cone NAT is a simply a type of Open NAT and not something I would be concerned about.

Try this:

Run the multiplayer test

When it's completed, hold down both bumpers and triggers on your Xbox One Controller

Your display will refresh and this will also execute a additional test for network discovery.

I wish mine didn't work. This game was one of the best games that I have ever played. Then these DLC packs have been the worst DLC that I have ever played. Reverie was ok but the painted story boards sucked. Resurrection was the biggest let down that I have
ever witnessed. We were promised so much more and they did not deliver one bit. Worst ending ever.

Unreal Warfare

Some countries get proper shafted with prices for games, Australia notoriously. I think Brazil was another one though I am not sure if it was ever changed in the end.

What's worst about is is how much ends up in the governments pocket!
