I AM ANNOYED HOW MICROSFT IS HANDLING THIS PROBLEM

I'm really annoyed with Microsoft and how terrible they have handled my problem. I sent in my xbox for repair and received my xbox last week with no cables or controller. I contacted support asking for my hdmi cable, my power cable, and controller
back so I could continue playing, the reference number to the chat is [mod removed]. Yesterday in mail I received my controller and hdmi cable but NO POWER CABLE. How am I suppose to play without a power cable? I NEED THE CABLE THAT PLUGS INTO THE XBOX AND
OUTLET IN THE WALL TO PLAY

All you can do is contact them again and ask them to send it.

For future reference, I don't think you're supposed to send any cables or controllers if you need a console repair.

Scroll down, Click on Contact Us

You can try contacting support again, but when you do send in a console to be repaired the instructions do state to send only the console as anything else you send in is not guaranteed to be returned. If you don't receive it back, you'll have to purchase
a new cable.

Hi there,

if the console is a Xbox One S or X then the cable is a generic cable and you might already have an 'old' one from a different device, if it's a power supply for the standard Xbox One console then this is a different problem, you might be able to get a replacement
via the device website.

As side note: I like to add that as far as I know it's clearly stated in the Device repair steps that Only the console should be send in for a repair without any cables, controllers etc.
