    I am an adult yet Xbox Insider App says I must be 18


    I would like to join the xbox insider club but every time I start it, it says I must be 18. My gamertag is . Here is a reference number if this helps: [Mod Removed] and yes my account is an adult account

    18+ Account not Allowed to Join Xbox Insider

    My Xbox account is over the age of 18, yet whenever I try to join Xbox Insider, it says, "Sorry, you need to be at least 18 to join the Xbox Insider program."

    I even have an Xbox support chat assistant confirming my account is an adult account.

    Im on the xbox insider hub and when i go in it says u must be 18 or older I am a adult on my account

    My account is not in a family. If I put it in one would a different adult account be able to change my xbox account's privacy? I am not sure what date of birth this account originally had but it must not be 18 yet. And in general are there any ways to remove
    these parental limitations. If I join a family can it be promoted by someone?

    Xbox Insider Hub Error

    When I load the insider hub on my windows 10 and Xbox 1 it says that I am not 18 and so it wont allow me to use it but I am over 18.
